IRIB Deputy Director Ali Darabi and a number of officials attended the ceremony, during which a scene of the 40-episode series was directed by Mohammadreza Varzi. Varzi has previously made "Tabriz in Fog" and "The Years of the Constitution", both of which depict slices from the history of Iran.
"Choosing this day for shooting the series is a symbolic action and I hope that the series becomes one of the best productions on contemporary history," Darabi said.
"The aim of this production is to inform the young generation about the history of Iran during the second Pahlavi's reign," Varzi said.
The TV series will depict the life of Mohammad Reza Pahlavi from childhood until his departure from Iran in January 1979.
Obscure actors Hossein Nur-Ali and Hadi Mehdikia will play the role of Mohammad Reza Pahlavi in his youth and middle age. No one has been chosen yet to play him in his old age.
In addition, Hadis Fuladvand will play Princess Fawzia of Egypt, the Shah's first wife, and Mehraveh Sharifinia will play his second wife, Soraya Esfandiary-Bakhtiari. Saghar Azizi will play the role of his third wife, Farah Diba.

Be prepared, no matter what the situation!

go for itWhether it’s starting at college or going to a job interview, first-time experiences can be a little daunting. However, they don’t have to be.
Read on to find out how to fool-proof your firsts.

meeting the bf's parentsMeeting the parents for the first time:
A swift straw poll reveals that it’s his mom that you’ve got to work on. Dads, they reckon are a pushover. So imagine you’re your boyfriend’s mum. Until now, she’s been the most important lady in his life. Sounds odd, but she probably feels a teensy bit jealous. So let her know you’re not ‘stealing’ her golden boy by including her in your conversations. “I hear your paneer sabzi is the best.” Moreover, she’ll also feel protective. Will you break his heart or lead him astray? So leave that guy-magnet mini at home and show her you appreciate his inner strengths. Don’t overdo it though, otherwise you’ll come across as fake. Finally, do help clear away the table. By the time you’ve bonded over the washing up, you’ll be his mum’s new best friend.
first day of collegeYour first day at college:
With a crumpled map and a torn timetable falling out of your bag, you finally find your class room…15 minutes late! Minimize new-girl grief by being half an hour early. It’ll give you time to get your bearings instead of entering with a red and flustered face. Don’t forget to turn off your mobile too or risk stares as your embarrassing ringtone echoes painfully through the silence. Everyone feels like a loner on their first day but for no-effort introductions, wear a noticeable accessory like a cute hair clip or a necklace. It’s great for drawing people over to say, “I love your…” And remember, you have the best excuse to start chatting (Excuse me, can you tell me how to find…”)
job interviewGoing for your first interview:
The only aim of a job interview is to find out two things: will you fit in and can you do the work? To tackle the first part, smile to show what a lovely, sunny addition you’ll be and dress like a slightly smarter version of someone who already works there. Do your research: who are the company’s typical customers and competitors? You’ll already see like part of the team. Next, you’ve got to prove you’re up to it. Suppose the job involves dealing with people, what experience do you have? Have you worked in another job like this before? Always be friendly and polite! Before the big day, ask an experienced person to do a mock interview with you. You’ll ooze so much confidence at the real thing that they’ll probably hire you on the spot!
first day of workYour first day at a new job:
It might sound obvious, but being paid means you’re expected to be reliable, so never show up late! No one will expect you to remember everything first time but asking the same thing over and over again can make you feel like a right idiot and busy bosses may get stressed. So take a pocket-sized notebook and note down all Important Things to Remember. Also, ask your new boss in advance what everyone tends to wear. If you look like you already fit in, people will naturally act like you do. Finally, it may feel like Diwali has come early when you discover that one of your colleagues looks like Ranbir Kapoor but save the flirting until you’ve settled in. Chances are, you won’t be his only fan and you need the other girls as friends, not enemies.

10 Life Lessons You Learn Too Late

By stephanie

Have you ever asked yourself the question “How did it get so late so soon?”, while you got caught up in everyday hustle and bustle you completely forgot to live. Take time to realize what you want and need. Take time to take risks. Take time to love, laugh, cry, learn, and forgive. Life is shorter than it often seems.
Here are ten things you need to know, before it’s too late:

This moment is your life:
Your life is not what happens between of your birth and death, it’s what happens between now and your next breath. The present – the right here and now – is all the life you ever get. Live each moment in full, in kindness and peace, without fear and regret. Do what
makes you happy and do the best you can with what you have in this moment; because that is all you can ever expect of anyone, including yourself.
The sacrifices you make today will pay dividends in the future:
When it comes to grinding in those hours and working hard to achieve a dream which could be anything from earning a degree to building a business, or any other personal achievement, you need to dig deep and ask yourself: “Am I willing to live a few years of my life like many people won’t, so I can spend the rest of my life like many people can’t?”
You are your most important relationship:
Happiness is when you feel good about yourself without feeling the need for anyone else’s approval. You must first full understand yourself and know how health your relationship with yourself is before you can have a healthy relationship with others. You have to feel worthwhile and acceptable in your own eyes, so that you’ll be able to look confidently into someone else’s and connect with them.
When you procrastinate, you become a slave to yesterday:
Being Proactive today can take such a massive load off your back tomorrow. So do something right now that your future self will thank you for. By doing that, tomorrow you’ll be happy you started today.
Failures are only lessons:
Good things come to those who are patient and still hope, even though they’ve been let down and disappointed, to those who still believe even though they’ve failed at something, to those who still love even though they’ve been hurt before. So never regret anything that has happened in the past; it cannot be changed, undone or forgotten. Take it all as lessons learned and move on with grace.
A person’s actions speak the truth:
You’re going to come across people in your life who will always talk the talk; but in the end, it’s always their actions you should judge them by. So pay attention to what people do, and be someone who lives by everything he says. Their actions will tell you everything you need to know.
Behind every beautiful life, there has been some kind of pain:
You fall, you rise, you make mistakes, you live, you learn, these are the classic lessons of life. Nobody is perfect, but everyone is
human. You’ve been hurt, but you’re alive. Think of what a precious privilege it is to be alive – to breathe, to think, to enjoy, and to chase the things you love. We must keep putting one foot in front of the other even when we hurt, for we will never know what is waiting for us just around the Corner.
A lifetime isn’t very long:
This is your life, and you’ve got to fight for it. Fight for what you believe in, live for what you believe in. Fight for what’s important to you. Fight for the people you love, and never forget to tell them how much they mean to you. Realize that right now you’re lucky because you still have a chance, every breath you take is another chance to change how you lived the last. So stop for a moment and think. Whatever you still need to do, start doing it today. There are only so many tomorrows.
Small acts of kindness can make the world a better place:
Smile at people who look like they are having a rough day, be kind to them, let them know that there is reason to be happy. Kindness is the only investment that never fails, and wherever there is a human being, there’s an opportunity for kindness. Learn to give, even if it’s just a smile, not because you have too much, but because you understand there are so many others who feel like they have nothing at all.
Time and experience heals pain:
No one can say that a huge loss or pain caused is not and important Life event, but a different perspective might be to understand that an overwhelmingly painful event in your life right now will one day be part of your much larger past and not nearly as significant as it seems. Because overcoming it might just open doors for you to experience things that you never have.

Astounding Mass Human Formations!

  • Here is a collection of simply astounding human formations! This started off with military troops who artfully arranged themselves to form patriotic symbols, emblems, and military insignia visible from a bird's eye perspective. During World War I, these military formations came to serve as rallying points to support American involvement in the war and to ward off isolationist tendencies.

Arthur Mole's Living Formations

Almost a century ago and without the aid of any pixel-generating computer software, the itinerant photographer Arthur Mole (1889-1983) used his 11 x 14-inch view camera to stage a series of extraordinary mass photographic spectacles that choreographed living bodies into symbolic formations of religious and national community.
