Horror Movies Make Up Pictures

Definition (just for info, I know most of you must already know this!) - Horror is the feeling of dread and anticipation that occurs before something frightening is seen, heard, or otherwise experienced. (Terror is the feeling that follows after the experience has occurred.)

Thir13en Ghosts (also known simply as Thirteen Ghosts or 13 Ghosts) is a 2001 horror film directed by Steve Beck. It is a remake of the 1960 film of the same name by William Castle. It follows the remake of another one of Castle's films, House on Haunted Hill.

An American Werewolf in Paris was a 1997 horror film about werewolves. It was directed by Anthony Waller and starred Tom Everett Scott and Julie Delpy. It follows the general concept of the earlier An American Werewolf in London.

The Shining (1980) is a film by Stanley Kubrick based on the novel of the same name by Stephen King. The film stars Jack Nicholson as frustrated writer Jack Torrance and Shelley Duvall as his wife Wendy. Although it can be seen as a horror film, The Shining defies many of the conventions of the genre.
