Yogurt cold soup is a very delicious & healthy & easy to make.
So just follow the instructions and feel the real taste of it.
The ingredients are :
1 medium cucumber
500 gr yoghurt
2-3 cloves of garlic
200-300 ml water
1 spoon salt
50 gr walnuts
50 gr raisins
A table spoon of Dill Weeds or Mint if you like.
Mix the water and the yogurt into a big bowl.
Dice the cucumber and add to the water and yoghurt.
Chop up and add the garlic,fennel and walnuts.
A pinch of salt and some raisins & dill weeds.
Mix them all & leave in the refrigerator for a few minutes.
After that, serve into a bowl and enjoy.
